What delivery methods are available?

Our standard shipping is suitable for both small and large plants. That’s why we only have one delivery option. Easy, right?

Which countries do you deliver to?

We currently deliver to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, Austria, France, Denmark, Czech Republic, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Spain and the United Kingdom.

How long does it take for the plants to be delivered?

Because our plants come directly from the growers and we want to pack them well and safely for you, we deliver within 1 to 3 days.

For countries outside the Netherlands and Belgium, delivery can vary between 3 and 7 days

What if I’m not home when you deliver the plants?

We try to deliver your plants to you twice or we ask your neighbors if they want to accept the package. If there is still no one at home, we will deliver to the nearest collection point.

What does the shipping cost?

€ 4.90 Standard delivery:

For the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg and the United Kingdom.

€ 7.50 EU delivery:

For France, Denmark, Austria, Italy, Portugal, Spain, Finland, Poland, Czech Republic.

How are the plants transported?

We package the plants in special boxes in which they are very tightly secured. This ensures that they arrive safe and sound at your doorstep. How we do this? You can check it out yourself in this video:

What if my plant arrives damaged?

Of course we want you to be happy with your purchase. Therefore, if your plant is damaged, we will always come up with a good solution. Immediately after delivery, send a photo of the plant to hello@botanique.shop and we will work it out together.
